Advanced payment for the Symposium must be received in order to confirm the registration. For bank transfers, a copy of the bank transfer statement with the applicant’s name, must be sent by e-mail to the CCESC 2016 Organization Email: registration.ccesc2016(a)csic.es. Please note that, after payment, an invoice will be send to you, and the data for this invoice will be taken from the name of your institution, address and VAT number of the registration.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
In order to obtain reimbursement of delegate registration, all cancellations for the CCESC 2016 must be submitted in writing to the Organization via email to: registration.ccesc2016(a)csic.es. Your payment 400 Euros will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received before March 30, 2016. 50% of the registration fee payment will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between April 01 and April 30, 2016. No reimbursement will be made after May 01, 2016.
